This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Riverside Woodworks(“we”, “us”, or “our”) through riversidewoodworks.shop.
We are a Townsville-based woodworking and custom manufacturing business specialising in custom furniture, CNC manufacturing, laser engraving, personalised gifts and keepsakes, and engraved drinkware. Many of our products are made to order, which affects processing times.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are made to order, unless otherwise stated.
Typical processing times:

Small engraved items, gifts & YETI drinkware: 3–7 business days

CNC manufactured items & custom signage: 5–14 business days

Custom furniture & large bespoke pieces: Timeframes will be quoted individually at the time of order
Processing times do not include shipping time.
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, sales, or high order volumes), processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship:

Australia-wide
International shipping may be available on request for select items. Please contact us prior to ordering for a quote.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Selected shipping method
For large, heavy, or oversized items (such as custom furniture), shipping costs may be:

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Queensland: 2–7 business days

Other Australian states: 3–10 business days

Remote or regional areas: May take longer
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, or peak shipping periods.
5. Custom & Personalised Orders
Because we specialise in custom and personalised products:

All custom details are confirmed at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring spelling, dates, and artwork are correct

We are not responsible for delays caused by late design approvals or changes requested after production has started
6. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
7. Local Pickup (If Applicable)
If local pickup is available:

8. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

9. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
10. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Provide photos of damage (if applicable)
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
